Deadline Guarantee

On our project based payment terms work, if we fail to complete the project services outlined at the beginning of the project before the final deadline agreed upon, then we shall refund the client the amount of $50.00 for each day we are late in completing the project. The total refund shall not exceed the compensation received by Artifex Technology Consulting, Inc. for this project. No refund shall be available to the extent delay is due to reasons or events outside the control of Artifex Technology Consulting, Inc.
